I WAITED patiently and expectantly for the Lord and He inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up out of a horrible pit ( a pit of tumult and of destruction ), out of the miry clay ( froth and slime), and set my feet upon a rock, steadying my steps and establishing my goings. And He has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God.
~ Psalm 40:13
Lord, don't leave me; my God, don't go away. Quickly come and help me, my Lord and Savior.

Please take a moment, watch, listen, learn, live
Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the mind and healing to the body.
~Proverbs 16:24

& a "Fall" garden flag
For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But if anyone does not have them, he is nearsighted and blind, and has forgotten that he has been cleansed from his past sins.

. . . Personally I truly feel every inconsiderate selfish individual involved in that store at that very moment should be held accountable & responsible! Even the ones who saw this taking place but instead of helping kept "to their own business"!!!!!
about the incident each had their own thought on what they would have done if they were manager at that time . . . myself? I would have set off the sprinklers
& posted employees ( myself included ) at the front doors ( couldn't close & lock the doors for these PEOPLE broke them down! ) with fire extinguishers & blasted the people
back in until police
arrived! Harsh? Pa-shaw
! Going to be out of control? Careless? Inconsiderate? Stepping on & over an injured man? Pa-shaw
. . . riot control
!!! I am upset with Walmart choosing to RE-OPEN a few hours later, my hope is that they are dedicating a good portion of those sales to the man's family & loved ones!
on the dollar ( sadly some come in with a bad attitude but a majority of time a bad attitude developes after having to deal with bad attitude co-workers, misguided managers & nasty customers ) . . . I worked at Toys R Us for a bit & let me tell you Christmas was not the "Most Wonderful Time Of The Year" there! Once they closed the store to the "public" to open it to a local church so they could do a mass portion of their shopping . . . these people may have gone to Church, they may have read their Bible but that DID NOT mean they applied God's Word that evening
! Over 2,000 people
were in the store that evening
. . . the store I worked at had these very old rickety ladders ( can you say major safety violations?!! ) we had to use to get to the tippy top of those shelves . . . being on that ladder while a crowd of people
gathered below you chanting
, cursing
, shaking, banging, pulling it . . . I still have nightmares over that one nite!!!!!
before & not leave until the Thanksgiving Day evening
making all those Turkey Dinners with a few other co-workers . . . one year a lady inspected her dinner & apparently was not pleased
with the results, so while my back was turn she flung that bird at me as announcing how we had "ruined her Thanksgiving"! I got suspended from work for a week due to my jumping the counter & smacking her upside her head with a loaf of french bread
! ( I was 25 years old at the time )
. . . blame the people!
. . . but telling people who are scared
to arm themselves & basically take the law into their own hands? No I don't think that is the answer . . . people have enough anger issues already
. . . you can see it coming of "I got a gun" "Oh yeah I got a gun too" bang bang & an innocent individual not involved in that dispute being injured or worse
. . .
