"Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the mind and healing to the body."
~ Proverbs 16:24
"Respect and obey the Lord! This is the first step to wisdom and good sense. God, will always be respected."
~ Psalm 111:10 CEV
A bit back my youngest was playing about with her paint when she decided to put blobs & globs in the middle of her paper, fold the paper in half & press down on it so when she opened the page she would have these interesting creative designs . . . she was having fun doing this & I was lovin' that something so easy & simple was sparking her interest . . . then she asked me "Mom, what is your favorite color?" told her black "And your second favorite?" told her purple but she didn't have that so we opted for a gray/silver color . . . glop, blob, fold, press, pull apart & waaaaaa - haaaaaa this is what came about:
Cuirous I am - do you see what I see?
When she first began doing this the very first thought that came to my mind was "ink blot test" . . . hhhhmmm so off we went to do a bit of floating about the internet & we came across this: Rorschach test . . . from what I gather this is the more popular "testing" . . . I have to read a bit more up on it for I have a few questions myself . . . for example: who are the ones defining the meaning of what someone "sees"? do they put into factor that what someone may be going through may effect what they see? for instance if the "viewer" has had someome pass away or maybe lost their job or broke up with someone maybe they will be seeing the images a bit differently then someone who is not having any "difficulties" in their life . . . mmmm, I suppose they do but I need to read up on that a bit more . . . I am also interested in how they define the meaning to what an individual sees? kinda like "dream meanings" . . . how do they come up with this? I am really sure many individuals are tested over & over but still . . . mmmm, I don't know . . . but I do know it is kinda sorta fun to look at things & get many people opinions on it, like when you look up to the clouds
God, I don't know it all, but I'm thankful that You do. Help me to respect and obey You so I can have true wisdom. Amen
