I remember when I heard something at the back door once and thought it was the cat. I opend the door and there was a possum eating the cat food and it hissed loudly at me. ~ I Am Not Going To Back Down For Everything Is Gonna Be Alright ~

Have you ever heard of Tom Petty? If not, then are you familiar with a movie called "Barnyard"? The cow  character Ben sings a song of Tom Petty's titled "I Won't Back Down" . . . the other evenin'  we put that movie in & as I heard my girls   singing  the song I could not help but smile  ( especially when it comes to the word "hell" & they replaced it with the word "BEEP" )

Yesterday  I put up a music video by Connie Talbot titled Three Little Birds . . . so now I am having lines from each of these songs intertwining  . . . quite an interesting  song I have developed! I don't mind, it gives me a good laugh & a positive  release when I feel the weight of negative  thoughts beginning to try to take over . . . . I am not going to back down for everything is going to be alright!!!
 
Last evening  after Hub returned from work we were outside with our son  trying to remove various furniture items that have been tossed out onto the side yard  . . . loading them up into a trailer that is my Mother's  for whenever we get a chance to make a trip to the dump . . . when a neighbor stopped over . . . He is an interesting man & apparently very much into Feng shui . . . he mentioned something truly interesting, that the owners in this house prior to the ones now also went into Foreclosure  . . . we discussed a bit of negative vibes & what not . . . see I am the sort that believes positive  can over power negative  , but I am also the one who realizes there was a lot of negative still here   . . . anyhow I had to smile  when he got real quiet & turned to me & softly but very firmly stated "You know, it is okay to pray for what you want."
 
 God, help me to trust You and persevere during this time. It's really been a struggle, but I know that Your blessing are worth the wait. Amen.
